wr associates have been requested to carry out an assessment of mechanical and electrical engineering services for the remodeling and refurbishment of an Art Gallery. The Gallery is also to be used as source of employment for  disadvantaged young persons.

Based on the recommendations to prepare brief design and specification for installation of the various engineering services.

The proposals to cover such concerns as means of escape, security, networking of data services etc.
